Volunteer

Volunteering for Across U-hub is a fulfilling and rewarding experience.  Numerous opportunities are available in different teams, events and programs varying in levels of commitment and skills.  You will also find friends among many other youths and experts that share in your interests during your time at Across U-hub.

Our volunteer program is divided into two types of opportunities that offer different levels of commitment for youth of 16 to 30.

Volunteers can visit Across U-hub’s website and look for upcoming volunteering opportunities. 

1) Occasional Volunteer Opportunities

• Volunteers may apply for Occasional Volunteer Opportunities online anytime.  A confirmation email will be sent to you before the date of your volunteering opportunity to confirm your placements.

2) Join a Team

• You may apply to join a program planning/support team.  An interview will be conducted by Across U-hub to understand your interests and expectation.

Please note that the process of becoming a volunteer at Across U-hub can take anywhere between 3-5 weeks. The length of time varies depending on the availability of your chosen volunteer opportunity, the season and the volume of applications received. Once you have applied online/in person, you will be contacted through email to confirm the availability of your placement. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process but are confident that, once on board, you will have a fulfilling volunteer experience with us.
