LDR100 Principles of Leadership
This course covers the basic principles of leadership. Topics include an examination of groups and teams; empowerment and effective delegation; diversity challenge and cultural sensitivity; and the role of the leader as a teacher.

SDV010 Effective Communication Skills
The objective of this course is to enhance student’s competence in basic interpersonal communication skills. Differences in oral and written communication skills will be emphasized as well as skills in email communication.

OPG010/OPG020 Team Building/Game Project
These two courses will allow students to understand various aspects of leadership skills, i.e. communication, teamwork, self reflection. Concepts and techniques in building an effective team will be introduced. Participants will be given a chance to work in groups to design and lead a game. Debriefing techniques will also be reviewed.

LDR110 Self-Development
Real leadership is not about power, authority, popularity, or a position, nor is it simply about acquiring certain techniques or skills. Real and sustainable leadership requires leading with the heart and soul. Using multiple and interactive approaches, this workshop explores the importance and ways of self development through realizing true leadership.

Interview techniques will be the focus of this course, providing students with basic concepts and tips to prepare for the interview process.

LDR200 Biblical Worldview and Life Span Development
This course studies selected leadership characters as illustrated in the Bible and applies contemporary leadership concepts in these character studies. Students are expected to have taken LDR100 and LDR110 before enrolling in this course.

SDV020 Public Speaking
This course introduces students to public speaking technique. Skills in developing verbal technique and confidence in oral presentation will be covered.

Presentation and Graduation
