Living Alive is a year-long initiative launched by Across U-hub. The purpose of this campaign is to promote positive living values and to encourage youth to reflect upon their lives and develop their own interpretation of a meaningful life. What is your interpretation? Is it by strengthening relationships? Or by breaking out of your comfort zone? Or just by lying under the big blue sky enjoying the breeze?

Following the Living Alive Slogan Contest, Across U-hub is rolling out the Living Alive T-shirt Design Contest, We believe a T-shirt is a good representation of youth. It is often used as a mean to convey messages by young people. Show us your visual interpretation of Living Alive and spread your message in this T-shirt design contest!

Prize:
An Epiphone Acoustic Guitar, model DR-100.

Eligibility:
Canadian citizens, permanent residents or temporary residents (except Quebec) between the ages of 16 to 30

How to Enter:

1.	Download the submission kit available at www.livingalive.ca.
2.	Hand-draw your design or design in a vector art program such as Adobe Illustrator or a raster program such as Adobe Photoshop. Resolution must be at least 150dpi if design was scanned or done in a raster program.
3.	Ensure to include either the English /Chinese slogan and/or the Living Alive logo in your design. Across U-hub may choose to include the Living Alive slogan, logo or the Across U-hub logo in the final design.
4.	Copy your design to the template provided in the submission kit
5.	The design must be in only one colour. You may recommend a T-shirt colour in the submission form. Across U-hub reserves the right to select the final colours of the T-shirt and the design.
6.	The design should only be on one side of the T-shirt. Please indicate whether it is for the front or the back of the T-shirt.
7.	The size of your design must be at most 8”W x 10”H
8.	Complete the online entry form and upload your design in one of the following formats: JPG, PDF, PNG, or GIF. If your design is selected, you must provide the design in JPG/ EPS or PDF (text must be outlined) within a week in order to win.

11:59pm EST on May 21st, 2010

Maximum Number of Entries:
2 entries per person

Winner Selection:
One winner will be selected. Designs will be judged on their creativity, motivational value, clarity of message, originality, and relevance to the theme of Living Alive.

Award Ceremony
Winner must attend the award ceremony on Saturday, May 29, 2010
