General Instructions:
1) Departure:
Date & Time: August 29, 2010 (Sunday) @ 8:30 a.m. (Please be Punctual.)
Location: Across U-hub, 160 Gibson Drive, Unit 1, Markham (Warden / Steeles)

2) Luggage:
Recommend ONE luggage, ONE sleeping bag and ONE backpack per person only.
Size restriction for luggage: 9” x 15” x 20” (maximum size). Please LABEL your luggage and sleeping bag.
3) Nuts, Nut Products and Chewing Gum:
Camp Medeba is an allergy aware facility. For the safety of campers, please do not bring any nuts or nut products. Also, in order to keep their chairs and tables clean, please refrain from chewing gum.
4) Smoking:
Campsite is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the campsite.
5) Alcohol / Narcotics / Gambling:
Camp Medeba do not allow the use of alcoholic beverages / narcotics / gambling anywhere on their property.
6) Health
If you develop any respiratory symptom (including congestion, cough, and sore throat) and a fever, we may not allow you to go to the camp in order to provide a safe, healthy environment for other campers and camp site staffs. Please contact Across U-hub office ASAP if you have any of these symptom.
Things to do before attending the camp
1) Drink plenty of water prior to the camp.
2) Be well rested. (This is very important.)
3) Read the following Information and Instructions.
